WG24 PRO PTO Stump Grinder

The WG24 PRO stump grinder is designed to work on tractors with a PTO shaft. The stump grinder works best on tractors featuring PTO shafts that are independent of the tractor’s transmission drive system. This allows the operator to control the speed of the tractor independently and separately to the PTO speed. Since the tractor pulls the grinder through the stump, the rate at which the tractor moves is important and should be independent of the PTO shaft. Operating the WG24 PRO stump grinder at 540 RPM is required.

The unique shock assembly is designed to provide dampening. It’s engineered to apply even and consistent pressure and prevent kickback when working through stumps.

A Go/No-Go visual indicator lets the operator see the angle of the stump grinder from the seat of the tractor. This way, they can maintain the best working range for the tractor speed.

The WG24 PRO features a large 24″ (61 cm) diameter solid-steel grinding flywheel and 34 tungsten carbide cutting teeth laid out in a sequential pattern for smooth cuts.

The WG24 PRO features a 3-point hitch with Category 1 holes and pins, and is quick hitch compatible, making hookups faster and easier so you can get to work sooner.

The WG24 PRO comes equipped with an adjustable chainsaw holder featuring nylon slides, allowing you to easily accommodate various bar widths. It provides a secure spot to transport your chainsaw around your property, keeping it safely stored while you move between tasks.

The WG24 PRO features a chain-equipped chip deflector designed to keep chips close to the work area for easier clean up.

Located at the base of the back frame, the integrated support legs provide stable support during storage, keeping the stump grinder in an ideal position for quick and easy tractor hookup. They also adjust to an in-use position when grinding, allowing you to grind stumps down below grade without interfering with operation.

The WG24 PRO Stump Grinder includes a slip clutch style PTO shaft.
